By creating an account, purchasing a bidding membership, or placing a bid on Auction14, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the auction-specific terms shown with each listing. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Where an auction displays its own terms, fees, timing, or documents, those auction-specific terms control for that auction.

You must be able to enter a binding contract to bid. Keep your sign-in credentials and email account secure; activity under your account is treated as yours. Verify your primary email before bidding.

Auction14 may suspend or restrict an account to protect users, investigate suspected misuse or payment issues, or maintain the service.

Bidding on Auction14 requires an active bidding membership. The membership fee (currently $500; the amount shown at checkout controls) is a ONE-TIME payment. It is not a subscription: there is no renewal, no recurring charge, and no expiry.

THE MEMBERSHIP FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. It pays for platform-wide bidding access, not for any property, and is not credited toward a purchase price. It is charged once, whether or not you win an auction.

After your payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded to an Auction14 Pro account and you may bid in any open auction on the platform, subject to each auction's terms. Membership access may be suspended while a refund, chargeback, duplicate payment, or other payment issue on the membership payment itself is reviewed.

A bid is a binding offer to purchase at the amount you submit. Do not bid unless you are prepared to complete the purchase at that price under the auction's terms.

Auctions may have reserve prices, minimum increments, scheduled or extended end times, and their own documents. A leading bid is not a confirmed result: the winner is confirmed after the auction closes.

The winning bidder must complete buyer verification (including proof of funds) after the auction before the result is confirmed. Failing verification, or failing to complete the purchase, may result in the sale being offered to another bidder and your account being restricted.

The membership fee does not include, and is separate from, the property purchase price, buyer premiums, deposits, earnest money, taxes, financing costs, inspection costs, legal fees, title and escrow charges, and closing costs. Charges that apply to a specific property are shown with that listing or its auction documents.

Properties are offered as-is, where-is, with all faults, unless an auction's documents state otherwise. Listing details, dates, prices, documents, availability, and auction status may change and may contain errors.

The website does not replace your own independent property, title, lien, occupancy, financing, tax, legal, or professional review. Complete your due diligence before bidding.

Membership payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages; Auction14 does not store your full card details. Membership activates only after server-side payment confirmation.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute on the membership fee suspends bidding access while it is reviewed. Contact support first for any payment question — do not include full card details in a support message.

Do not misuse the website or interfere with other users or auctions.

• Do not impersonate another person or submit information without authority.
• Do not attempt to manipulate bids, auction timing, availability, or another user’s account.
• Do not upload malicious material, probe the service without written authorization, or automate abusive traffic.
• Do not use the service to discriminate or facilitate unlawful conduct.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Auction14 does not guarantee that any auction will run, that any property will sell, or that you will win any auction, and interruptions or errors may occur.

To the extent permitted by law, Auction14's aggregate liability arising out of the use of the website is limited to the membership fee you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Auction14 may update these terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page; continued use after an update is acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes to auction mechanics are also reflected in the auction terms you accept before bidding.
