What the membership provides
The membership unlocks bidding access for the Auction14 account after payment is confirmed — the account becomes an Auction14 Pro account. It is separate from a property purchase and does not remove the need to review each listing, auction terms, fees, and documents.
The membership is one payment across all Auction14 auctions, with no recurring subscription and no expiry.
Price and checkout
The current price is displayed before the payment button. Review the displayed amount and currency before paying. A saved checkout retains its quoted price; a new checkout may use an updated price.
Continuing opens Stripe-hosted checkout for the displayed one-time charge. Auction14 activates membership only after server-side payment confirmation.
Costs that are separate
The membership charge is separate from bid amounts, the purchase price, buyer premiums, deposits, taxes, financing, legal costs, title costs, and closing costs. Applicable property charges must be shown with that listing or its auction documents.
Refunds, disputes, and access review
The membership fee is a one-time payment that lets you bid on any auction property on Auction14, subject to each auction's terms. Within 90 days of your payment date, you can request a refund, no questions asked. Your refund is the amount you paid minus the actual transaction fee charged for that payment. Contact support with your payment reference to request a refund. It is not a deposit, does not renew, and is not credited toward any property purchase.
Duplicate, unauthorized or incorrectly processed charges and any refund required by applicable law remain subject to review and correction. Rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. Do not pay again while a charge is being reviewed.
Membership access can be suspended while a refund, partial refund or payment dispute is reviewed. A corrected duplicate charge does not itself cancel a separate valid membership payment.
Auction-specific terms still apply
Membership does not itself accept auction-specific terms. Review the listing, documents, buyer premium, timing and current auction terms before bidding. The bidding flow records your acceptance of the current auction terms; a revised version requires fresh acceptance before another bid.
